Join us for a stool-making course set in our peaceful coppice woodland near Tisbury, South Wiltshire.

Working from scratch you will construct a sturdy 3 legged stool with mortices and tenon joints. The course includes materials, instruction and guidance using traditional hand tools and woodcraft skills .  Just bring gloves!

Jacqueline keeps everyone fuelled with drinks, snacks, and a homemade Saturday lunch.

The course takes two days, finishing late Sunday morning.

Courses are limited to just two participants for a hands-on, personal experience. £200 per person.

If you would like to stay, and become immersed in the relaxed surroundings, we offer two nights our shepherds hut, available through Airbnb  (The Duck House, Tisbury Row). For the more adventurous, we have an off-grid cabin in the woods to camp in.
